Our Jewelry 

Majority of Artham Jewelry is made with stainless steel and this is because of the added benefits the metal pertains. Here's a few reasons why we prefer steel over traditional metals:

  • A strong metal that is highly durable and can withstand daily wear & tear.
  • Does not tarnish as fast as silver or turn your skin green/grey!
  • Known to be hypoallergenic, meaning it is less likely to cause a reaction in comparison to traditional metals. 
  • Requires less maintenance and easy to clean!
Jewelry Care 

Cleaning stainless steel jewelry can be easily done at home by using warm water, soap and a soft microfiber cloth. For jewelry storage, it is recommended to store your metals by type and avoid mixing them together. 

Warranty 

Custom gold plated jewelry includes 1 month warranty for any manufacturing defects from date of purchase. Warranty will not cover any scratch or damage caused by accident. 

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return (shipping costs will not be refunded). Please visit our Return Policy page for more information.

Processing & Shipping

  • Custom orders are aimed to ship out within 7 business days (unless specified otherwise).
  • Please note processing time may take longer depending on artwork provided and adjustments needed to be made.
  • Artham Jewelry will contact you if any changes to artwork (ie. jpeg, png) is required. Please check your junk and spam emails within 2 days of order placed (no email is good news - and remember, the faster you get back, the faster we can ship out!)
ORDER PROCESSING (NON-CUSTOM):

  • Non-custom orders are aimed to ship out within 2-3 business days (unless specified otherwise and excluding major holidays). 
SHIPPING & DELIVERY 
  • Delivery time Canada Orders: 2-10 days after shipping 
  • Delivery time US Orders: 7-14 days after shipping 
  • Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number

    Please keep in mind given the current COVID situation shipping couriers are taking longer than expected. Artham Jewelry cannot guarantee delivery or any delays that may arise. 

    Payment & Security

    We accept payments by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

    Artham Jewelry website is safe and secure for online shopping. All payment is processed by Paypal or by our secure credit card processor using Shopify (a notably known and safe ecommerce platform). We do not see your credit card number or store any credit card information during/after purchase.
